The Role Our client is seeking a motivated and highly organised individual to provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of their centres.
This role involves a variety of administrative and client-focused tasks, split between two locations-Midland and Armadale.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, delivering outstanding reception duties and administrative assistance across both sites.
Your Responsibilities will include Reception Duties: Welcoming clients and visitors, answering phones, and handling general enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Administrative Support: Assisting the Service Support Lead, Service Support Officers, and managers with a range of administrative tasks, including printing, photocopying, quality checking documents, and coordinating newsletters and promotional materials.
Data Entry: Maintaining accurate records, including training data and statistical data for various agencies.
Inventory Management: Supporting the ordering and management of stationary and consumable items for the centres.
Client Support: Managing client-related tasks such as scheduling appointments, sending SMS reminders, and managing bookings.
Maintaining Safety: Ensuring the work environment remains safe, clean, and hazard-free.
Skills & Experience Required: Must have or be willing to apply for a Working With Children Check (WWCC).
Must have or be willing to apply for a current Police Clearance (NPC).
Strong commitment to maintaining privacy and confidentiality standards.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent typing skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to engage respectfully with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
The role will be split between the Midland and Armadale sites.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
