About the Position: The Receptionist/ administration role will work closely with other departments to support all administration requirements, support onboarding process, small amounts of bookkeeping, coordination meetings and carpool bookings. This role is to be undertaken on location.
Key Delivery Areas Include: Open and close reception dailyWelcome all visitors and assist as neededAttend to phone calls in accordance with outlines processProcess incoming and outgoing mailProvide administrative support to the various departments on specific and ad hoc administrative tasks/ projectsReview, respond and redirect Kirinari admin and community emails in a timely mannerLiaise with marketing/ finance to provide newsletters and mail out invoicesManage travel, meeting rooms and carpool bookings/ cateringConduct banking tasks such as weekly cash deposits, receipting cash/ cheque payments and completing customer EFTPOS invoice paymentsManage all staff ID'sPart-time Permanent position 45.6hrs per fortnight– Wednesday to Friday 9am to 5pm. (Additional days may be required at times)
Location: Wodonga Office, however will be required to work at the Lavington Corporate Office at times.
