Here's a snapshot of your day: Receives and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail. Ensuring the welcome area and welcome desk is clean and presentable. Coordinates catering for meetings and events. Maintains and checks kitchen and office supplies. Orders office supplies and other common use items for the site. Assists with administration and facilities duties as directed by the Account Manager or Facilities Manager. Creates, assigns, and reviews work orders, purchase request generations & invoice receipting. Coordinates work order processes and work delivery with subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with SLAs and assists in resolving problems. What you'll need to thrive in this role: Customer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels. Experience in customer service and/or front of house/client-facing in a professional/corporate environment. Exposure to facilities management. Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
