Job no: 534707 Work type: Full time Location: Sydney Categories: Administration & Office Support We are currently seeking a Receptionist for one of our corporate clients in the heart of the Sydney CBD, employed on a Full-Time basis.
Availability: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Snapshot of your day: Provide friendly service, build rapport with clients and residents, work cooperatively with colleagues and customers. Manage incoming and outgoing calls; maintain internal phone listings, speed dial numbers, and management contacts list. Monitor and control site access for employees, contractors, service providers, couriers, suppliers, and visitors. Update and maintain staff movements and visitor register. Management of phone systems, Voicemail, Security, Swipe Card, and related computer software. Manage incoming and outgoing postage and courier requirements for the site. Provide back-up for certain tasks such as site inspection of contractors and their vehicles, monthly camera reports, and other duties as deemed appropriate by the site Facilities Manager. What you must possess: Sound time management skills, self-motivated and organised. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
