Sydney CBD | Full-Time | Vibrant and Supportive Culture Exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a well-respected law firm in the Sydney CBD.

The Role You will be the first point of contact to all clients and visitors, whilst providing administrative support to a dynamic team.
Contributing to the firm's overall smooth operations, your duties will include:
Preparing files for archiving and maintaining files, including uploading content into LEAP, our Practice Management system Handling queries via phone, email and general correspondence Maintaining office facilities, including the kitchen and meeting rooms Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching daily mail Managing office supplies and purchasing equipment Ad-hoc administrative tasks. About You: To be successful in this role, you need at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate will have impeccable attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
