The RoleAs the first point of contact for clients, you will be well presented and support a team of busy professionals. Your friendly and enthusiastic nature will ensure that all clients feel acknowledged and welcomed into the business. You will bring a keen approach to your work and be comfortable working both collaboratively and autonomously. In your role, you will be a part of team of five administrators with a wider team of 50 staff. This role will see you utilising your excellent multitasking and organisational skills in a lively, fast-paced and interactive organisation. In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Reception duties including taking all incoming calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients Providing support to the entire team Purchasing and sourcing, including the follow-up and monitoring supplier orders Taking phone calls from consultants when Directors are unavailable Data entry and broader use of the database to maintain accurate records Coordination of team and social events when needed The Like MindThis company is looking for an energetic go-getter who will embrace the creative yet innovative workplace culture. As a key team member, you will be passionate and highly motivated with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Prior experience in a similar role answering phones and managing calendars is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
