The Role
Working alongside experienced professionals, you will be responsible for:
Providing commercial support to projects including day-to-day and onsite contract administration support;
Reviewing key risks and contractual terms during tender and delivery phase;
Managing subcontracts and suppliers;
Negotiating variations and program or delivery issues which arise with clients;
Preparing and submitting contractual notices, claims and correspondence for EOTs, NODs, variations, and other contractual matters.
The Criteria
Degree/Diploma in building/construction, or other recognised tertiary or trade qualification in a construction-related field.
A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering commercial projects, above $5M in value.
Excellent computer literacy and ability to work across multiple tech platforms (ie Jobpac, Procurepro, Hammertech & Procore).
Being able to manage more than 1 project at a time.
The ability to foster & develop lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades & subcontractors.
