This law firm deliver high-quality legal services with a commitment to professionalism and integrity.

Right now they are looking for a personable and proactive Receptionist to join the team.
Job Overview: As the Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm welcome and essential support to our legal staff.
Your role is pivotal in maintaining a smooth workflow in the office, managing calls, scheduling, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and take accurate messages Coordinate appointments and maintain schedules Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries Ensure the reception area is tidy, organised, and stocked with supplies Provide general administrative support to legal and office staff as needed Assist in maintaining client confidentiality and following office protocols Requirements: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), FilePro a bonus Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment What is on Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and growth within the firm A supportive and collaborative work environment If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for providing excellent client service, we would love to hear from you!
