About your new job:
As the face of the business, our client is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Receptionist to assist with the day-to-day running of the office. Your duties in this Reception role will be but not limited to:
Be the initial contact for incoming calls and customers who are visiting the office.Providing administration support to the broad team.Calling customers to provide updates regarding their business, orders and queries.Building relationships with key accounts, and stakeholders internally and externally.General office assistance such as banking, general administration, cash collections, etc.About you:
• Previous experience in a Reception and Admin capacity.
• Be a friendly and approachable member of the team.
• You will have high attention to detail and the drive to succeed.
• Highly organised with exceptional communication skills.
• Be able to always deliver an excellent customer service experience.
• Have the drive and determination to deliver the best outcome and results.
