About the Role We are currently seeking an adaptable Part-Time Receptionist who can offer flexibility as the clinic needs evolve, and we're happy to be flexible to support the right candidate.

Your Key Responsibilities Greeting clients with a warm and friendly smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Managing appointment bookings, client queries, and payments with efficiency and professionalism.
Providing administrative support to our team of physiotherapists and allied health professionals.
Assisting with clinic organisation, including maintaining a clean and tidy reception area.
Handling phone and email correspondence promptly and effectively.
What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need:
A genuine passion for customer service and helping people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with practice management software is a bonus.
