As the first point of contact, you'll create a positive impression for every client and visitor.
Your Role Will Involve:
Providing exceptional customer service Supporting our Sales and Property Management teams with administrative duties Answering and directing calls, taking detailed messages Assisting with office upkeep and reporting maintenance needs Responding to customer inquiries Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor We're Looking For Someone Who:
Ideally has experience in real estate or customer service Possesses excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Is empathetic, calm under pressure, and respects client confidentiality Is a self-starter with strong organizational abilities Takes initiative to improve processes Is computer savvy and eager to learn new software Holds a current property certificate of registration Driver's license and own vehicle What We Offer:
