About the role Our Brisbane office has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Corporate Receptionist.
Your duties will include:
Greeting clients and staff.Answering and transferring telephone calls.Electronically distributing faxes.Opening and sorting incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail.Booking and preparing meeting rooms for the day, including catering and IT requirements.Travel and accommodation bookings.Logging building maintenance requests.Cleaning and maintaining the staff kitchen.About you You will genuinely enjoy working with people and providing our office and clients with support and confidentiality. You will have great communication skills and excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities. You will be professionally presented and have a polished telephone manner with enthusiasm and willingness to work on your own and with our team.
Previous reception experience in a legal environment or equivalent will be highly regarded.
