About the Role: Located in our breathtaking Springwood design studio, we're looking for someone to take ownership of our reception whilst supporting the Studio team. This opportunity is Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm and will play a pivotal part in providing our customers with excellent advice and customer service.
Our Receptionist position acts as a pathway into an Interior Design Sylist, so if you are looking to start your Interior career - this opportunity may be the one for you!
Your day-to-day will involve: Providing efficient and timely phone and in-person service to internal and external customers. Ensure product displays are neatly presented at all times. Update customer database as required. Be the friendly face of our company to meet and greet our valued customers. About You: You love working in a team and providing outstanding service to customers with a genuine interest in helping them build their dream home. You're great on the phones, amazing with face to face interactions and enjoy supporting and contributing to the delivery of market leading quality.
