The Opportunity They are looking for a Receptionist to support their accounting team.
Your duties may include: Liaising with Clients, the ATO, and ASIC Schedule client appointments and respond to client enquiries Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO Maintain and update software systems with client information Preparing and lodging ASIC forms Collation of financial statements and tax returns Preparing letters associated with these Coordinate the workflow and actively monitor compliance deadlines for clients ensuring lodgements and payments are made on time Ensure client review meetings are scheduled and complete About You: At least 2+ years work experience within an Accounting practice Excellent verbal, written communication and multi-tasking skills An exceptional eye and a love for ironing out detail Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems An enthusiastic 'Customers Come First' attitude Benefits A supportive work environment with excellent culture Professional development Work for a respectable firm who is able to offer longevity and job security Lots of team activities A competitive salary with annual reviews How to Apply To apply for this role, please submit your resume through the APPLY button.
