Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with GH policies and infection control procedures Administer department reports, staff rosters, and audits Supervise and support staff in the Environmental Services team Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy Assist in department projects, policies, and cleaning manuals Maintain staff files and contribute to departmental quality activities Skills & Experience Proficient with computer systems and keying skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and take on responsibility Demonstrated team player with excellent prioritization skills Experience in administration or staff coordination To see a full copy of the Position Description please click here .
