This is a full-time ongoing position based at our Glen Waverley campus, commencing Term 2, 2025.
Supporting the Head of Campus, Glen Waverley, you will need to be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and be capable of coordinating a busy schedule.
Your administrative capabilities will be high level and you will take pride in the correspondence and documentation that you complete on their behalf.
The Executive Assistant to the Head of Campus is responsible for providing confidential, administrative support for the Head of Campus, to enable them to manage their role effectively.
The Executive Assistant is required to show initiative, resilience, and measured composure under pressure.
An understanding of and demonstrated empathy with the ethos and values of the College are essential.
