The OpportunityWe are currently seeking casual clinic receptionists to join our tight knit team at The Practice Wellbeing Centre Student Clinic, providing professional and friendly reception and administration services to the student practitioners, clinic clients, and academic supervisors.

Reporting to the Clinic Practice Manager, you will join a team of passionate staff who are playing their part in making sure that we are here to deliver an exceptional experience for the community visiting the clinic, and the students completing the practical component of their studies.
We are recruiting a permanent, full time position based at our Surry Hills clinic to start immediately – Our business operations run from Monday to Saturday (8:30am to 6pm), however, you will predominantly work Monday to Friday (8hr a day shift) and if required to work on Saturday, a day off during the following week will be provided.
Who are you?To be successful in the Clinic Receptionist position you will have:
2 years' experience in a Customer Experience.Administrative Experience Preferred.Great attention to detail and positive attitude and ability to relate to a diverse range of people.Ability to operate effectively in a team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships.A Hands On and service mentality, balancing both people and commercial needs.Strong personal drive and self-motivation.Able to exercise judgment and problem solve effectively when faced with difficult patients/situations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to respond appropriately to customer enquiries.A connection with or interest in Natural Health would be welcomed.Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
