As part of the health care team, the occupant of this position will provide reception and administrative support services to the relevant Community Services and Health Centre/s (CHC).Provides administrative support to the Coordinator CHC and other CHC staff by coordinating the flow of information to and from the CHC, preparing routine correspondence and service-related activity reports, and undertaking a liaison role in support of the day-to-day operations of the CHC.Under the guidance and direction of the Coordinator CHC, will prepare and set up health promotion display material and provide administrative support in the coordination of such activities.Primary Health North: Work with a diverse range of community services and staff.Assist in providing support to clients living in the community to optimise their health, wellbeing and independence.Work in a positive supportive environment which will support your ongoing professional development.Details of Appointment: Fixed term, casual, day worker position working as and when required, commencing from 7 October 2024 for a period of 24 months. *Notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or fixed term full time, part time and casual vacancies. Salary: $64,125 - $68,925 pro rata, per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
