Join our team at The Victoria Golf Club as an experienced Receptionist / Administrator Victoria Golf Club, one of Australia's top 10 most prestigious golf clubs located in south-east Melbourne is seeking a dedicated Receptionist / Administrator to join our office team. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, perfect for someone who enjoys providing excellent service in a professional and friendly environment.

Key responsibilities include: Be the welcoming face of our Administration Office, ensuring a friendly and warm atmosphere Promptly answer all incoming calls and redirect or action them as required Manage member requests received via email or in person Handle member payments (card and cash transactions), issue invoice and receipts and notify the Accounts department accordingly Make member bookings as required Prepare documents for forthcoming events Manage stationery supplies Maintain and update phone lists Assist members with reciprocal bookings Support other team members as needed Perform general office duties The candidate will have at least 2 years' office experience with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to provide a seamless experience for our members and guests.

Golf club experience is an advantage, although not essential as training will be provided.

The club provides an attractive salary, small fun tea, complimentary staff meals and free onsite parking.
