Blenners are currently seeking a Full Time Receptionist / Administration Assistant to work in our busy depot at Tully ; with an immediate start.
About the Role: Full time ongoing role Immediate Start Fast paced dynamic roles Growing family owned company National Transport Operator Discounted Private Health Insurance with Medibank The successful applicant must possess an excellent phone manner, outstanding communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, initiative and excellent time management skills.
You will need to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast paced operations office environment.
Duties include but are not limited to: Answering all incoming telephone calls Assisting in customer enquiries Scanning large volumes of documentation Meeting and greeting customers Stationery and uniform ordering Ideally, this role would suit an enthusiastic person who is looking to start their career in the Transport Industry, someone who is looking to learn and absorb a new challenge and start their path into this industry.
