Receptionists (Administration & Office Support)Full timeRochford Solicitors is a respected and trusted legal practice based in the CBD of Toowoomba.
Our dedicated team provides clients across Australia with exceptional legal services across a range of practice areas including banking & finance, property, wills & estates, and commercial law.You will work closely with our director with 20+ years of legal practice experience and a friendly team who strives to deliver results for our clients.Role & ResponsibilitiesAnswering incoming calls and greeting clients attending the firmProactive diary management and meeting co-ordinationSetting up meeting rooms, which includes the set-up of virtual meetingsEnsure the reception area and meeting rooms are always maintained at a high standardCreate and maintain client files including data entry and electronic filingPrepare and proofread various documents including letters and other correspondenceAssist with sending emails, conducting searches, brief preparation, and PowerPoint presentations as and when requiredAssisting with general administrative tasks and general filingWork with legal management software systemsMaintaining stock control of stationery, kitchen, and office suppliesAssist with organising maintenance for the officeManaging incoming and outgoing mailThe Ideal CandidateBe proficient in Microsoft OfficeExcellent presentation and communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and show initiativeManagement skills to meet time-sensitive deadlinesBe collaborative and eager to contribute to a supportive team atmospherePreferred SkillsPrevious reception and administrative experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment will be highly regarded but not essentialExperience with LEAP legal software and PEXA will be highly regarded but not essentialRemuneration will be negotiated based on experience.If you would like to apply for this opportunity with our firm, submit your application by email to .
