Receptionist/Administration Assistant – Boutique Chartered Accounting Firm Well-established accounting firm located in the CBD fringe Mixture of reception and administration duties $55k – $60k including super Low stress and supportive environment Prior use of MYOB AE advantageous THE FIRM Our client is a well-established accounting practice, led by 3 Partners and supported by a team of 20 who focus on building close, professional relationships with clients.
They services a varied base of clients including property developers, investors, professionals, medical centers and small businesses, offering a range of services including accounting and tax compliance, financial reporting, superannuation and business management.
THE OPPORTUNITY Due to a long-term member of staff exiting the practice, they are now urgently seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Assistant to join their team.
Whilst working alongside two other part-time staff in the admin space, you will work across a range of duties from reception to general administration to corporate services.
Responsibilities will include: Reception duties Answering phone lines Typing letters/correspondence Finalising accounts and tax returns Assisting accountants as required ASIC/Corporate registry maintenance Tax return lodgements ATO Correspondence General administration THE IDEAL CANDIDATE To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess: At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within public practice Exceptional communication skills Strong organisational skills Ability to prioritise and multitask Friendly and adaptable personality Previous experience with MYOB AE If you are wanting to join a firm where your well-being and future is genuinely cared for by management then look no further.
