THE ROLEReception Services Officer - Casual Opportunities AvailableThe Reception Services Officer role is a critical position within the offices as it provides the first impression of the organisation and fulfills the critical role in assisting clients, staff, visitors, contractors and other stakeholders.
The role ensures customers are provided with accurate information and referred to the correct program area.
The position is critical in ensuring customer service is delivered efficiently and in line with departmental values.
Accountabilities IncludeAs part of a team, deliver a high quality telephone and reception service to clients, service providers and members of the public by maintaining a welcoming and professional manner, acknowledging all visitors and callers, respecting diversity and responding promptly to their needs in turn.Attend appropriately to each individual enquiry by taking a helpful approach, establishing the purpose of the visit or call, assessing the service required and providing the appropriate response.Maintain effectively working relationships, liaise efficiently and professionally with all levels of staff.Please Open The Position Description To Read More.
