About Us Waratah Support Centre is a dedicated organisation providing essential services to survivors of domestic violence. We are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for individuals affected by abuse.
We are currently seeking compassionate, professional, and organised Reception Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for those who need our services.

This role will initially provide leave coverage for staff, particularly for the period 13-20 December 2024 (inclusive) 9.00am -5.00pm with an opportunity for other work.  We will include training days at the convenience of the successful applicant. 
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional, empathetic, and non-judgmental manner.Answer and direct phone calls, providing accurate information or referring to appropriate staff.Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients' privacy in all interactions.Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating services for clients.Manage client intake forms and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agency protocols.Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining records.Respond to situations calmly and professionally, alerting appropriate staff as needed.Collaborate with staff across various departments to ensure clients' needs are met promptly and effectively.
