Reception Manager

As the Reception Manager at Rosslyn Bay Resort, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office and guest services team. This is a full-time role based in Yeppoon, QLD 4703. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive an exceptional experience throughout their stay.What you'll be doingManage the front office team, including scheduling, training and performance managementOversee the check-in and check-out processes to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experienceHandle guest inquiries, complaints and special requests in a professional and courteous mannerImplement and monitor front office procedures and policies to uphold brand standardsCollaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and resolve any issuesAnalyse occupancy, revenue and guest feedback data to identify opportunities for improvementContribute to the development and execution of the resort's marketing and sales strategiesWhat we're looking forAt least 3 years of experience in a similar reception or front office management roleStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a teamExceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in using hotel management software and other relevant technologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and writtenKnowledge of front office operations, hotel policies and guest service best practicesRelevant qualifications in hospitality, business or a related field would be an advantageWhat we offerAt Rosslyn Bay Resort, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
