As a Reception Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in making our office a thriving hub of energy and productivity. This is a 6-month fixed term contract position and will require you to work onsite full-time. Our office is based in Sydney CBD, next to the Town Hall Station.
A day in the life.. Working in a team of 3, you will be at the forefront of our company, creating a welcoming and exciting atmosphere for our team members and guests. Your days will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:
Reception Duty: Be the friendly face of our company by warmly greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries to the right person. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring everyone feels valued and cared for.Day-to-Day Facility Management: Keep things running smoothly by overseeing various aspects of our office environment. From maintaining office supplies to coordinating repairs and liaising with vendors, your organizational skills will be put to good use.Event Management: Get your creative juices flowing as you assist in planning and executing engaging events and celebrations. From team-building activities to holiday parties, you will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for our employees.Fun Ambassador and People Connector: You'll be the bridge between our employees, departments, and management. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships will make you a trusted resource for all workplace-related matters.What you will need from Day One….
