Your role will encompass a variety of exciting responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Maintain a friendly and professional demeanour while interacting with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
Reception and Office Administration: Handle general duties such as answering phones, fielding inquiries, welcoming visitors, managing room and vehicle bookings, collecting and distributing mail, and organizing catering and office supplies.
Event Planning: Coordinate internal workshops, forums, and meetings by preparing support materials, booking rooms and travel, and arranging catering.
Maintain Professional Spaces: Ensure all areas, including the office, meeting rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms, are clean and presented professionally.
Fleet Management: Oversee vehicle management, including monthly safety checks, coordinating cleaning, and scheduling services.
Support for Clinicians: Provide administrative support by receiving clients, managing data entry, scanning and uploading documents, handling Medicare billing, batching electronic claims, and booking travel.
Task Management: Undertake delegated tasks and assignments as directed by managers.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, files, and data in compliance with privacy laws, contract obligations, and internal policies and procedures.

Our next Reception and Administration Officer will need:

Outstanding Customer Service Skills: You excel at building rapport and providing exceptional service to clients and colleagues.
Proven Administrative Support Experience: You have a track record of delivering strong administrative support in a professional setting.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong computer skills.
Accurate Data Entry: Demonstrated ability to enter data with precision and attention to detail.
Professional Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that convey professionalism.
Team Player: Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Organisational Mastery: Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Valid Driver's License: A current driver's license is required.
