WHAT'S INVOLVED? Drawing on your experience working in a similar role, you will strive to deliver outstanding customer service in all interactions and complete administrative tasks within a timely manner, ensuring deadlines are met.
To be successful:
You're a strong communicator – responsible for answering and directing calls, responding to emails and greeting guests and contractors on arrival to the Support Centre, you will utilise your strong communication skills to make people feel welcomed and offer assistance as required.You have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office – proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, you will be tasked with a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, creating presentations and assisting with reports.You have an eye for detail – assisting team members with travel bookings and in-house conferences and meetings, you understand the importance of accuracy and your meticulous nature helps to maintain professionalism and efficiency.You're highly organised – juggling multiple tasks for a range of different stakeholders and departments, your excellent time management and organisational skills ensures that all enquiries are handled promptly and efficiently. You're a problem solver – using your critical thinking skills to find effective solutions, you will be able to handle any challenges that arise.
