We have a portfolio of over 2,700 properties and offices in Campbelltown, Bowral, Young, Yass, Goulburn, Griffith, Wagga Wagga, Queanbeyan, and Canberra.

Description: The Role

This is a 12-month, part-time position based in our Wagga Wagga Office, 21 hours per week.

As the Reception and Admin Support Officer, you will manage your own small portfolio of clients and be the first point of contact with the community while providing a range of administrative support functions. Located at our Wagga Wagga Office, you will work together as part of a team to provide excellent, customer-focused administration support. You will join us in our commitment to assisting our clients and their communities to achieve a better future across 2,700 properties and offices through the demonstration of our values - Opportunity, Respect, Inclusive & Accountability.

This role will be responsible for: Providing support to our clients who are dealing with homelessness and complex needs. Carrying out all facets of clerical and administrative duties to support the Client Support Specialist Team and Team Leader. Working closely with colleagues, stakeholders, and external support providers. Ensuring operational policies and procedures are identified and implemented. Acting as the first point of call for tenants and visitors accessing our services. Skills and Experiences: To ensure success in this role, you will demonstrate: Understanding of issues affecting disadvantaged groups and those with complex housing needs. Previous administration experience. Experience managing a portfolio of tenancies or case load. Exceptional customer service and ability to work as part of a diverse team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and software operating systems. Able to take initiative and improve processes and procedures to ensure positive outcomes for our clients and stakeholders. Experience in dealing with complaints to achieve positive outcomes.
