About the Role: The receptionist will assist on greeting visitors, answering calls, run errands while maintaining professional composure throughout interactions with customers or potential clients.
The receptionist will have a strong working relationship with other members of St Louis.
To be successful in this role you will have: A natural ability to engage with older people Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organisational skills and ability to engage with a range of people A flexible approach to supporting the St Louis' teams to put our Clients as Number 1 Excellent communication and customer service skills Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while building great relationships Ability to handle confidential information with discretion A willingness to adapt in a busy work environment Have a high level of Empathy and Patience Excellent computer skills Essentials: Covid-19 and Flu 2024 Vaccination and ongoing boosters are a requirement.
National Police Clearance (No more than 2 years old) Able to work between 09:00 am - 05:00pm – Monday to Friday Friendly telephone manner Empathy and patience Qualifications / Experience: Experience with Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel/Office), Xero, Visual Care and Outlook Previous Experience working in a Reception / Administration role About St Louis: St Louis is a family-owned and operated company that has been providing care and support to older South Australians since 1946.
