Receptionist (Administration & Office Support) Full time
CSE Crosscom is a leading supplier and integrator of two-way radio and telecommunications products, infrastructure & services. We work with major industrial, government, transport, mining, resources, and utilities across Australia and New Zealand.
In this opportunity as CSE Receptionist, your role will be to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients coming into the branch, directing phone inquiries to the most appropriate CSE contact, and providing general administration support to the Sales and Operations team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing cash sales & credit card transactions Liaising on service orders and generating quotations Maintaining customer files and database Booking inductions/courses, flights, and accommodation Coordinating mail, incoming and outgoing Processing customer purchase orders What you need to succeed: Positive team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to help others Excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone Intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ideally 2-3 years in an office-like environment, either in reception/administration or customer service Cert 3 in Business Administration or experience with Service Based Accounting software is highly desirable In return, CSE can offer you an excellent opportunity to grow your career, with stability and personal development options.
