W Sydney is now casting for a Casual Receiving Officer to process day to day invoices and receiving reports in hotel procurement system to ensure accuracy.
The role reports to the Purchasing Manager.
POSITION SUMMARYReceiving officer's day-to-day responsibilities includes:
Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs.Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports to ensure accuracy.Post invoices using computer programs.Assist in deliveries and operations within the Loading dock.Education & Experience RequiredHigh school diploma.At least 1 year of related work experience.Hotel experience will be an advantage.Be able to lift packages up to 25kgs.Possess excellent verbal and written communication and Microsoft Office skills, and a strong attention to detail.Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
