Real Estate Specialist / Industrial Property Manager

NES Fircroft have partnered with a global leader in energy technology who have realised their need for a Real Estate Specialist / IndustrialProperty Manager to assist with the management of its Australia and New Zealand industrial and commercial properties.

In this role, you will support key functions including site selection, acquisition, disposition, and lease management, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards. This role has a footprint over 10 properties in Australia and New Zealand and can be based in either Sydney, Brisbane or Lilydale.

Requirements: Minimum7years experience working in an in-house Property Function within Commercial or Industrial Property.Experience negotiating facility leases and managing utilities and maintenance contracts.Strong communication skills both written and verbal.Ability to work autonomously and confidently, there may be some planned ad hoc travel interstate in this role.
