Real Estate Receptionist & Property Management Assistant

We are seeking a vibrant and cheerful Receptionist / Property Manager Assistant, wanting to join our company and support the team as well as manning the reception desk.
This is much more than just a receptionist position, we are looking for someone who has a passion to work in our industry and who wants to work with us long term.
We are a small company and help each other out when and wherever needed.
The position involves:
Opening & closing of the office Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (flexible hours considered)Conducting routine reception functions Answering phones & qualifying calls / assisting where possible Looking after clients in the officeGeneral office administration duties Advertising properties for lease Organising rental viewings and conducting, on occasion Processing rental applicationsTyping leases & sending via Docusign Following up Management Authority Renewals & LeasesDealing with any maintenance issues when the Property Managers are not available Assisting the Office Manager / Principal with occasional sales tasks Manning the after hours Emergency Mobile 1 week out of 4The position is varied and quite busy at times, therefore being able to multitask is a must! You will receive strong support from the Property Managements and Management. 
We use Property Tree, Vault RE, Word, Excel, Outlook, Docusign and many others, so being computer savvy is essential.
