We are a local, family-owned real estate agency based in the heart of the Sutherland Shire, and we're looking for a new team member to join us!
An exciting opportunity has come up for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our boutique real estate agency, initially on a casual/part-time basis.
The Role:
This position is an opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who loves looking after our clients and their most valuable assets.
We are seeking the 'right' person who will fit in with our close-knit team.
To be successful in this role you must be confident and friendly with a strong focus towards customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Liaising with both tenants and landlords
Performing routine inspections
Managing diaries and scheduling
Arranging maintenance requests
Creating Entry Condition Reports
Business development and relationship building
The Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Previous experience as a Property Manager would be advantageous but not essential
Knowledge of Property Me or willingness to learn
A current Certificate of Registration or Licence, or willingness to study to obtain it
A current Driver's Licence and own vehicle
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
