Real Estate Investment Analyst (Sydney, Australia)

We are representing a global Private Equity Real Estate Investment firm that is seeking a talented Analyst to join their Investment team in Sydney, Australia. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing both investment and divestment opportunities to help expand the firm's property portfolio. This is a dynamic opportunity to influence strategic investment decisions within a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement investment and divestment strategies, including asset and company acquisitions.Lead the execution of divestment transactions and negotiate deal closures.Build relationships to support the origination of new investment opportunities and drive portfolio growth.Manage the full lifecycle of investment/divestment deals: from deal origination, research, and financial analysis, to structuring, negotiation, and execution.Perform comprehensive market, industry, competitor, and financial analysis to guide decision-making.Lead commercial and financial due diligence processes.Draft investment committee papers and prepare management reports for the board and investment committee.Provide regular updates on portfolio performance and oversee the annual valuation process.Oversee redevelopment projects aimed at enhancing the revenue potential of existing assets.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally within regional real estate investments, private equity real estate (PERE), or real estate banking.Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and an in-depth understanding of financial products.Proven experience in business development and/or development management; familiarity with logistics properties is an advantage.Strong teamwork skills, proactive initiative, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.If you're a strategic, resourceful thinker with a passion for real estate investments, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role at Phoenix Property Investors.How to ApplyPlease submit your latest CV through the application portal or via email.
