About the role The objective of the Readiness Specialist is to support the New Business Sales (NBS) reps during the sales cycle on a number of tasks which we refer to as workflows.
This support provides NBS with the opportunity to focus on customer conversation and reduces the time they need to spend on non-selling tasks.
The support offered by the Readiness Specialist also lends itself to a great customer experience.
