Join us, and become part of a team where innovation, teamwork, and safety come first.About the RoleWe have 3 RC drill rigs to operate for exploration. They are a UDR1000, Austex 350 and a Hydco 350. We are looking for a drillers offsider to join the team. This role is offering an immediate start, FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie, 2:1 roster, 12-hour shifts -both day and night shifts are a requirement, fulltime permanent position.This role works in small teams and requires individuals to maintain respect and dignity to their fellow work colleagues.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring sufficient drilling consumables, fuels, oils and greases on site.Performing dust control around drills and drilling sites, including clearing tracks of rubble and debris that may damage plant and equipment.Ensuring drill site is laid out to company standards.Preparing drill sites prior to completion of drill holes.Ensuring oil drums are cleaned and set out correctly.Assisting drillers with rig maintenance.Ensuring work areas are regularly inspected and identified hazards eliminated or controlled in accordance with health and safety policies.Conducting all duties in a manner that meets environmental obligations and expectations in accordance with EMSE-PLA-006.Other duties as required.Stop any unsafe acts – make it safe.Essential skills, attributes, qualifications and licencesNational Police Clearance.Previous drilling offsider experience essential (12 months or more).Manual labouring background.Previous FIFO experience.Ability to work 12-hour days, outside in remote locations, in often dusty and noisy environments at extremes of temperature.Reasonable mechanical and dexterity skills, along with sound communication skills (oral and written).Ability to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol screen.Benefits of joining Aurenne Group:Fulltime and permanent position direct with the gold mine.Work with a family business, no longer being just a number.Excellent salary + super + bonus.Salary sacrifice options for flights, vehicles, airport parking.Access to corporate discounts through our HR platform.If this opportunity interests you and you are looking to become a valued member of the business, apply now via the link.We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage Women and First Nations People to apply.*** You must hold full, unrestricted Australian working rights to be considered for this position. ***
