Rates OfficerAbout the position:The City has a unique and exciting opportunity available for a motivated person with an interest in rating and pensioner data management to join the Treasury & Finance branch.This position will support the daily operations of the City's rating and pensioner rebate functions and is responsible for accurately maintaining Councils rates and property systems and delivering excellent customer services within a fast-paced team environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and undertaking various aspects of rating revenue and record keeping, in accordance with various legislative requirements. In this position, incumbents are the face of the City and are responsible for delivering a premium experience to our customers.This position is fixed-term full-time offered for a period of 12 months. The successful applicant will be a customer focused professional with the ability to deal with customer enquiries while working within strict deadlines.
