Reporting to the Manager Corporate Services, you will be responsible for challenging duties such as:Maintaining Council's rates assessment records in accordance with Local Government Act and Council policiesEnsuring Council's continued compliance in relation to levying of rates and charges in accordance with Council policies and the Local Government Act.Maintaining an up-to-date database of rates valuation for the municipalityAbout youWe're looking for someone that has a strong working knowledge of the rating function pertaining to Local Government and understanding of legislation as it relates to the Local Government Act.
In addition, you thrive in a fast-paced working environment and you're good at juggling multiple competing priorities.
