This permanent, full-time role with one of Australia's largest plumbing and drainage specialists offers the chance to work on major projects with branches across the country.
About the Role: As a Plumbing Project Manager, you'll play a key role in driving productivity, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time. You will leverage your skills in relationship building and influencing to optimise project outcomes. At Randstad Trades & Labour, we partner with leading Civil, Engineering, Construction, and Electrical companies across Brisbane, ensuring growth and exposure to exciting projects.
What You'll Do: Manage up to 3 plumbing projects, leading teams of 5-25 people, including supervisors, plumbers, and trades assistants. Use JobPac and office software for cost tracking, planning, ordering, and resource coordination. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Track and review KPIs related to equipment performance with site managers. Manage third-party contractors to ensure compliance with company standards. Oversee procurement of large Capex equipment. What We Need from You: Plumbing trade qualification (essential). Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in plumbing. Experience with ERP systems (JobPac preferred).
