The Opportunity
Shepparton Private Hospital is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team.
This exciting opportunity allows you to shape workforce strategies, champion excellence in HR practices, and deliver high-quality generalist HR support.
In this role, you'll provide expert guidance on industrial and employee relations while driving impactful organisational development initiatives.
It's also a chance to make a meaningful difference in rural Victoria.
This is a part-time position, offering 20 hours per week across 4 days, with flexible working arrangements.
What You'll Do
Offer expert support and guidance to managers on performance management, complex case handling, and strategic HR initiatives.
Lead and execute local, state, and national HR projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Deliver training and coaching to strengthen managerial capabilities in HR practices and legislative compliance.
Drive cultural transformation and lead organisational development initiatives to enhance workplace effectiveness.
Monitor and address workforce planning, engagement, and retention strategies to optimise talent management.
Provide support in industrial relations, including negotiations and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate not only your ability to meet the outlined requirements but also a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

At least 5 years of experience in senior HR or Industrial Relations roles.
Relevant qualifications in HRM, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Proven expertise in complex case management, industrial relations, and driving cultural change initiatives.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
A strategic mindset with the ability to influence, coach, and guide stakeholders effectively.
