We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Assistant who will play a pivotal role in supporting our Executive team and contributing to the continued success of Dudley Private Hospital & Ramsay Surgical Centre Orange.

About the role
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for optimising the time of the Executives, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

Your day-to-day activities will include:
Representing the hospital to multiple stakeholders including patients, doctors, employees, managers, human resources, etc.
Ensuring governance requirements and complaint management are addressed within agreed timelines.
Preparing agendas and accurately maintaining meeting minutes.
Preparing and sending communications to employees, managers, and doctors on behalf of the Executive team.
Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and functions.
Coordinating doctor credentialing process to grant medical privileges.
Providing general administrative support to the executive team.
Responding to enquiries presented at executive reception.
About you
Highly emotionally intelligent and has an ability to adapt and interact with different personalities and contribute to our caring culture.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of confidentiality.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Effective time and task management skills.
Flexibility and quick adaptability.
Experience with Meditech, SAP, and Mercury (desirable).

Dudley Private Hospital is a 62-bed facility that provides a comprehensive range of medical, surgical, rehabilitation, and psychiatric services.
The hospital has 4 Operating Theatres including a Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory.
Apart from general medical and surgical beds, there are 27 licensed rehabilitation beds, a cardiac care unit, and a 15-bed mental health unit, known as the Ramsay Clinic Orange.

Dudley Private Hospital has established an excellent reputation in the community for its high commitment to customer service, staff satisfaction & quality improvement.

Ramsay Surgical Centre Orange will continue to perform surgical procedures in the same location, the Bloomfield Medical Centre, for the ongoing benefit of the community, doctors, and employees.

We expect Ramsay Surgical Centre Orange will become a short-stay hospital for patients undergoing treatments who do not require an overnight stay.
The concept of day surgery is based upon minimising the disruption to your normal life.
Any patients requiring overnight stays will likely be treated at our nearby Dudley Private Hospital.

Requirements
