Mt Helen location, Wadawurrung CountryFull-time, Ongoing role.Base Salary $111k pa + Super & Salary packaging.Your Opportunity The Risk Assessment and Management Panel (RAMP) is a statewide program with a formally convened meeting held at a local level, of key agencies and organizations.
RAMPs are regularly convened to assess the safety of the highest risk victims of family violence comprehensively and collaboratively, and to develop coordinated Action Plans for participating agencies to undertake to keep victim survivors and their children safe, and to increase perpetrator accountability.
The RAMP Coordinator is a key member of our local service sector, who provides consultation and coordination on specialist family violence intervention. Our services adhere to the Multi Agency Risk Assessment and Management (MARAM) framework.
Your Skills and Experience The Coordinator position will serve as the key point of contact for RAMP, in collaboration with the RAMP Co-Chairs and including program information, receiving referrals, and provision of preliminary eligibility assessments. Achievement of this responsibility will include regular co-location at The Orange Door and other services, as identified.
You will provide support to the following:
Orientation of new core and associate members to RAMPCase coordination to mitigate risk pre-RAMP and/or to support RAMP Action Plans, of both cases determined eligible for RAMP and those newly referred.Practice and skill development within the Berry Street West family violence team, including RAMP cases, in coordination with team leaders and program managers.Work in consultation and collaboration with clients' informal supports and other service providers, in accordance with clients' consent, goals, and risk assessment.A minimum Bachelor level qualification in Social Work or recent employment in the family violence sector or equivalency met through the 7 Equivalency Principles in line with the minimum mandatory qualification requirements.
