What you'll doIn this data- and computer-heavy role, you will perform daily freight office activities concerning freight invoice reconciliation, ad hoc job scope, and financial and admin reporting. Ensure Freight Office processes are deployed and followed, and that accurate reporting and management of 3PL accounts occur in a timely manner.Manage day-to-day Freight invoice reconciliations, including ad hoc scope in line with the Freight Office task processes and guidelines Receive, reconcile and process Ancillary invoices for Transport OperationsManage day-to-day systems uploads and TPS workflowsGenerate freight cost, payment and other regular admin reports as set by the Team Leader, including ad hoc reporting as requiredAssist State Transport manager and Rail Operations manager with reporting and data extraction for analysisManage ULD transfers associated with QLD Direct Rail OperationsWhat you'll bringReporting to the Transport ULD Team Leader, the person suitable for this role will be at home with data analysis and computer work, as well as:Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skillsGeneral business administration and freight office experienceGeneral knowledge and understanding of Transport operation functionsHigh level of attention to detail, strong organisational & computer skills and excellent time managementExposure to Primary Connect/Woolworths operations, pallet management & FMCG/Distributions would be favourably consideredWhat you'll experienceEverything we do is driven by a culture of care for our team, customers, and community.
