This role will see you install, maintain and repair Bayer and distributor products within the modalities of CT/CV and MRI on-site in QLD: including Brisbane South, Gold Coast and QLD Regional areas. In addition, you will manage and develop customer relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Role and ResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair all defective products – primarily on-site and at the Service HubInstall new products and provide training as neededMaintain effective customer and distributor relationshipsPromote and support the Certification & Quality Assurance program – DirectCAREWork with internal stakeholders to develop and evaluate State and National key account plansActively seek product and business improvement insights from our customersMaintain accurate service reports and customer recordsDoes this sound like you?Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification2 years' experience as a Medical Device Field Service Engineer or similar technical experienceKnowledge and experience of Radiology market, environment, and equipmentDemonstrated planning and organisational skillsProficient with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systemsYou must pass and maintain both an Australian Police and Working with children checksHold and maintain a current Australian driver's licenseBe You @ BayerWe are committed to creating a culture where people can be their best, in an environment that values inclusion, diversity and flexibility.
