About the role As a Rural Officer you will manage and grow a portfolio of rural clients, both independently and in support of Rural Managers. There is sufficient scope in this role to challenge an experienced banker as well as developing an emerging banker – as such graduates or recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Complete annual credit reviews Undertake financial analysis Monitor and grow a portfolio of Rural Branch accounts Foster an environment of continuous improvement Skills and experience Knowledge of the rural industry will be advantageous Understands banking/lending policies and procedures Maintains a strong relationship with key clients What we're proud to offer you: is our hybrid way of working at Rabobank and for Australia, which means we have a blend of time working between the office and home.
