This means our organisation is in an exciting period of growth and evolution and we have an opportunity for an Executive Assistant (EA) to join our high performing team to support our Chief Technology Officer, and their business unit.

We know that highly effective EAs are critical to the success of our executive leaders, and so it will be your job to make sure that the CTO is set up for success. You will:
Be the first point of contact into their office, as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders Exercise your judgment in managing their calendar and email to maximise their capacity Assist in the preparation of Board and Committee papers Coordinate and deliver on the administrative requirements across the business unit Support the leadership cadence of the division to ensure the executives are visible and accessible within their division Work closely with the broader EA team to ensure the overall executive group is well-supported About you
You will be a confident, passionate and self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. You will have extensive experience as an EA, importantly being a trusted advisor to an executive. You will know how to deal with confidential and sensitive issues at the most senior level in the organisation, using your highly developed communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
You will have the ability to respond to, and prioritise, competing and often urgent requests in a professional and efficient manner while maintaining high standards. As an organisation with a digital focus, you'll be confident using technology most effectively. This means you'll have excellent planning and organisational skills, and you'll be forward thinking, proactive and comfortable to use your initiative to get things done.
