Research & Development In R&D, we're full of highly skilled talents that include Scientists, Engineers, Medical, Clinical and Regulatory professionals - all working to create a cleaner, healthier world. About the role As an R&D Associate you'll merge your scientific skills with technical know-how and work collaboratively across functions to expand your expertise.
Your responsibilities Lead development of innovation for our Pest products Have responsibility from concept to launch Work closely with our cross functional teams to bring new innovations to market Perform or oversee technical tasks to uphold the highest standards in our dynamic R & D environment. Guide assistants to help them develop in their scientific skill and career Build and share your technical expertise in our product portfolio, embracing Reckitt's innovative spirit and operating models Perform various administrative tasks Carry out formulations and product benchmarking Develop knowledge of scientific publications, studies and product formulations in area covered by expertise to substantiate key product claims Prepare claims substantiation studies and documents. The experience we're looking for - Solid background in R & D, or related areas like Regulatory, Safety, Quality, or Supply.
