Are you passionate about conflict management, particularly workplace conflict? Are you a qualified mediator? If you are, this is a rare opportunity to join a team of people Statewide who are dedicated to helping people to resolve their own conflicts through mediation, facilitation, and conflict coaching. This position is flexible on location with full-time or part-time options and is temporary until the end of June 2025 with the possibility of extension.
This role provides conflict management services to our community alongside a Statewide panel of colleagues. It includes assessing suitability for mediation or facilitation, conflict coaching, and promotion of our service to stakeholders and the public. The role has a focus on (but is not limited to) workplace dispute resolution. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, providing mediation and conflict coaching services, and working closely with a team of people who are just as passionate about this service as you will be.
